A journalist, Paula Jung received her Master Degree in Social Communication, and her PhD degree with an emphasis in cyber-culture.

Paula develops research projects and facilitates consulting on trends in digital communication, media and cyber culture. She has taught at ESPM since 2008, where  she is the Digital Communication Lab Co-ordinator.
