When will the 2012 Festival take place?

  • Cannes Lions 2012 will take place from Sunday 17 June until Saturday 23 June 2012.

 

When will the AWARDS SHOWS TAKE PLACE?

  • Monday 18 June 2012, 19:30: Promo & Activation, PR and Direct Lions Awards
  • Tuesday 19 June 2012, 19:00: Creative Effectiveness, Media, Mobile and Outdoor Lions Awards
  • Wednesday 20 June 2012, 19:30: Press, Design, Radio and Cyber Lions Awards
  • Saturday 23 June 2012, 19:00: Film, Film Craft, Branded Entertainment, and Titanium and Integrated Lions Awards


What's the latest you can register online?

  • You can register right up until Saturday 23 June 2012.


When can the 3 Day and 4 Day registrations be used?

  • Please be aware that both registrations are only valid on certain days of the week. 3 Day registrations are valid on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday only (17, 18 and 19 June 2012). 4 Day registrations are valid on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only (17, 18, 19 and 20 June 2012).


Is there a registration deadline?

  • No. Once registration is open, delegates can register up to and throughout the Festival. However, there is a cancellation/refund deadline of midnight GMT Wednesday 11 April 2012. Please note there is a cancellation fee of 5% of the registration fee. Refunds will not be processed until after the Festival.
    Any cancellations requested after midnight GMT Wednesday 11 April 2012 but before midnight GMT Friday 11 May 2012, are eligible for credit for 2013 but are not eligible for a refund.
    Cancellations requested after midnight GMT Friday 11 May 2012 are not eligible for a refund or for credit for 2013.
    This policy also applies to downgrades.
