Ade is the founder and chief executive officer of the social enterprise, Women In Marketing CIC, established to educate, inspire, connect, recognize and empower female marketers. In 2013, she was honoured the Power List of Black Women in Europe™ and World of Difference 100 award by The International Alliance for Women (TIAW) Washington DC for her contribution and dedication to women in marketing. More recently Ade has been a judge for the influential global D&AD New Blood Awards, judging on the White Pencil category.

Jax is a Global Creative Director working on Samsung Electronics. Prior to Cheil, she worked at Ogilvy New York and Publicis New York and has been successful in working for a number of Fortune 500 companies while she was there. Her clients included: Motorola, Kodak, Feeding America, Dove, Stolichnaya, Louis Vuitton, Puerto Rico Tourism Board, Global Minute Maid, Dasani, IKEA, Citizen’s Bank, AVON, Gap and Citibank.

Sofía is a copywriter with an academic specialisation in research on big data. An Effie College winner for two consecutive years, she gained full scholarship for Costa Rica's Big Data School 2018 where she learned programming basics. Sofia has developed her career as a director of freelancing teams and currently works as a Data Marketing Analyst, part of the team that's leading Florida Ice & Farm Co. to implement data-centric marketing. She was selected to attend Roger Hatchuel Academy in 2019 and invited by Google to the Silicon Valley headquarters to be part of Google Creative Campus 2019.
