Jonathan started his career in 1990 at McCann-Erickson. Over the next 15 years, he rose rapidly through the ranks of the London Ad Industry.

In 2006 Jonathan joined The Coca-Cola Company as VP, Global Advertising Strategy and Creative. In 2007 he lead the introduction of Coca-Cola's global marketing platform “Open Happiness” which contributed to Coke’s most profitable growth period in 20 years, became their most awarded marketing platform in history, and helped secure 2013's Creative Marketer Of The Year award at the Cannes Lions Festival.

Jonathan joined Airbnb in June 2014. He has never worked harder, never worked smarter, never felt more creative in his life. He says, “Airbnb has literally taken twenty years off me - I feel as energized and excited about the work that I do as I did in my late twenties. My job is to create the most preeminent 21st Century SuperBrand Marketing organization. I have no idea how I will do it. But that's really the best part about it. We get to invent a whole new playbook.”

Sudeep started his career at George Patterson Bates Sydney, working on a range of Australia’s best known and loved brands. In the late 90s, Sudeep left the agency to set up his own youth market specialist planning consultancy, Vertigo Communications.

Following Vertigo, Sudeep joined BBH working in London, Singapore and Tokyo. In 2003 Sudeep joined W+K, working with: Nike, EA, Miller, Starbucks and Old Spice. He also helped elevate the role of strategic planning internally at W+K whilst growing the planning department significantly.

In 2008 Sudeep moved home to Australia to become one of the 3 founding partners of Droga5 Sydney. In less than 5 years Droga5 Sydney grew rapidly with several iconic clients including: Woolworths, Qantas, Telstra, Coca Cola and Tiger Beer.

While in Australia, Sudeep also filled the position of Chairman at The Communications Council and the Account Planning Group.

Most recently, Sudeep has been one of 4 founding partners in health care start-up, Tyde and consulting with various organisations around the world. He is an avid fan of electronic music, contemporary culture, a sneaker aficionado and on special occasions still DJs.

A seasoned marketing and communications specialist, prior to joining adidas Originals Global in 2015, Alegra held positions at VF Corporation, Bang & Olufsen and Sara Lee Corporation, to name a few. When not leading the Originals Brand Marketing team, Alegra assumes the position of leader of the women’s mentoring circle for adidas Group and is a certified sommelier.

Prior to joining mcgarrybowen in 2015, Simone was the CEO at DDB Group Hong Kong & Guangzhou. Under her leadership, DDB was the most awarded Hong Kong agency in both creativity and effectiveness; most notably, winning 3 Grand Effies in a row from 2012-2014.

Worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai and San Francisco throughout the 17 years with FCB. From Account Executive, to Regional Account Director, to General Manager. Experience spans from local to global businesses. Partnered with clients across multiple categories.

Simone has an enviable track-record in creating success for agencies and clients - she was recognized as one of the top five agency heads in Greater China by Campaign in 2012 and 2013 consecutively.

Tammy Einav

Tammy started her career in 2000 as a graduate trainee at McCann’s working on the Coca-Cola and Bacardi accounts.

She joined adam&eveDDB in 2008 when it was a small start up and over the last 8 years she has helped grow it into the hugely successful and globally renowned agency it is today, recognized by Gunn report 2016 as the most awarded agency in the world.

Tammy heads up the agency’s key accounts including John Lewis, which has won the Cannes Gold and Grand Prix for Creative Effectiveness in 2013 and 2016 for Bear and Hare and Monty the Penguin respectively. 

Throughout her career she has been incredibly privileged to work with the most innovative, creatively led businesses and one of the highlights was winning Cannes Agency of the Year in 2014.

Tammy was named Ad Age Woman to Watch Europe in 2016 and sits on the advisory board of a new venture dedicated to supporting female founders.

 

Esther 'ET' Franklin

At SMG, she spearheaded Beyond Demographics, a proprietary research exploring the role of subculture in redefining communities, and pioneered Cultural Communication Anthropology, which considers cultural behaviors and communication consumption patterns.

Peter Carter is the Managing Director of the Brand Building Integrated Communications department at Procter & Gamble, an in-house strategy, production, and communications consultancy, consisting of 55 seasoned managers. 

During his 35+ years at P&G, Pete has made numerous contributions to the business.  Specifically, he created new advertising campaigns for Pantene, Herbal Essences, Vidal Sassoon, Rejoice, Cascade, Dawn, Swiffer, Duracell, Ariel, and Tide.  He has helped to define the core equities of these brands and create winning advertising with our agency partners. This work has resulted in unprecedented levels of share growth, several SuperBowl ad winners, as well as numerous industry awards like the Effies, Cannes Lions, and a Cannes Grand Prix.

Having worked on three different continents, Pete has also led the thinking on new global marketing models and integrated communication tools that have given P&G the edge over competition

Fernando Machado

Fernando Machado is currently Head of Brand Marketing at Burger King (based in Miami). Fernando joined BK in March of 2014 after spending 18 years in Unilever.

Awarded as Grand Brand Genius by Adweek and as International Marketer of the Year in 2013 (M&M Global), Fernando led the charge in the groundbreaking "Dove Real Beauty Sketches" campaign.

Now at Burger King, the challenge is to infuse the brand with purpose, modernize the design, train the marketing team and generate brand love through innovation and advertising. The good news is that it seems that the plan is working. BK’s business is consistently growing ahead of the industry. And campaigns like Proud Whopper, McWhopper, Whopper Sign, Scariest BK among so many others are resonating with the audience creating talkability and brand love.

With around 75 Cannes Lions (3 GPs involving 2 different brands) and 11 D&AD Yellow Pencils (involving 3 different brands), Fernando is a mature global marketer who pushes the creative boundaries to drive business growth.

 

Anindita Mukherjee

Ann began her marketing career at Citibank Diners Club working on new product development, and then in 1994 moved to Kraft to learn the business of consumer packaged foods marketing.  In 2005, Ann joined Pepsico’s Frito Lay Division and become CMO of Frito-Lay North America to lead a commercial team to drive media to shelf marketing across Frito’s iconic brands.

 

By perfecting the Art of Disruptive Marketing and the Science of Demand Analytics, Frito- Lay marketing and commercial teams not only won numerous industry awards, but was also the primary growth driver helping Frito- Lay consistently rank #1 or #2 in food growth in North America.

 

In 2015 Ann left Pepsico as the President, Global Snacks Group and PepsiCo Global Insights, to become SC Johnson’s first ever Global Chief Marketing Officer .  As part of one of the only family owned companies in this space, she is committed to the Johnson Family’s mission and purpose of making life better for future generations. 

 

Ann is an accomplished storyteller and motivational teacher and inspires everyone she leads to “Transform Tomorrow Today.”  She has been named by Business Insider as one of the top 100 most innovative  CMO’s in the world. John is a 38-year veteran of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide. He was appointed Worldwide CEO in January 2016 after leading the revitalization of Ogilvy’s North American operations since 2009, resulting in strong revenue growth, digital transformation, diverse talent recruitment, and outstanding new business development.

John was previously Chairman of O&M’s Global Brand Community, a portfolio of 25 global clients representing over $1 billion in annual revenue. John has worked across the Ogilvy network in a wide range of client leadership and general management positions in Los Angeles, Chicago, Bangkok, Singapore and New York. He has led multi-discipline global brand teams for American Express (“Membership”), BP (“Beyond Petroleum”), DuPont, Siemens, and many others.

John is a frequent lecturer at universities and business forums on the subject of “Enterprise Branding.” He is a National Board member of buildOn, a non-profit group targeting at risk high school students in the most dangerous urban communities across the U.S. He is a passionate student of history, interior design, and neoclassical architecture.
