Amrita Randhawa is CEO of Publicis Groupe Southeast Asia leading all the Groupe's capabilities across data, technology, creative and media for the high growth Southeast Asia markets. Amrita took on the role in June, 2021 and is working to elevate the Groupe offering in every market as well as create Centres of Excellence that feed all of Southeast Asia.
2022 has been a landmark year for Publicis Groupe Southeast Asia with the global wins of the integrated remit for Singapore Tourism Board and the Creative win for Standard Chartered Bank globally coming out of this region. This is alongside big regional alignments like that of PepsiCo media for Southeast Asia and big retentions like that of the Singapore Whole of Government Master Media Agency.
Amrita loves a challenge – something that people say can’t be done. Marshaling cross-functional and cross-cultural teams and inspiring them to do the best work of their careers is her purpose at work. Prior to her current role she was CEO of Mindshare Asia Pacific and Executive Chair of Mindshare Greater China.
