YOUNG LIONS DIGITAL COMPETITION

The Young Lions Digital Competition will challenge teams to create an integrated, digitally led campaign in just 24 hours.

THE CHALLENGE

Digital experts from across the world will arrive in Cannes and have just 24 hours to develop an integrated social media campaign that uses both the platform and the technology behind it to solve a charity brief.

The teams will then need to present the creative insight behind their campaign, their proposed solution and an explanation of how it would work. They'll be expected to use a maximum of three social media platforms in their supporting material, and include a 250-word explanation for each part of their presentation.

THE PRIZE

The Young Lions Digital Competition Jury, made up of the shortlisting jury from Cannes Lions, will judge the work and crown a Bronze, Silver and Gold winner at a live winners announcement.

The winners will be celebrated at the Cannes Lions Award show later that week with Gold winners collecting their award on stage. It's a fast-paced competition where bold ideas and creative bravery are rewarded.

WHO IS IT FOR?

To take part in the Young Lions Competition teams must be under 30 - born on or after 22/06/1987 and a working professional in the country they are representing. Proof of age will be required to enter the competition.

HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED?

To compete at Cannes Lions teams must first win their local Young Lions Competitions. You can find out which competitions are running in your country and who to contact here:
