What do I need to access the Cannes Lions Digital Pass?

Cannes Lions Digital Pass is available across all desktop and portable devices (iOS and Android) as well as all browsers. Just make sure you have a reliable internet connection and you’ve turned up your speakers.

How do I create an account?

To register an account and watch the premium content, first navigate to the page of the content you are interested in and follow the steps below:Step 1. Press the Buy or Purchase button on the content you wish to watch. A login form will appear.Step 2. Press the Register Here button or select the Register option at the top of the form.Step 3. Fill in the form with your Full Name, Email Address, and Password and press the Create account button.

How do I login?

In order to Login, proceed to the content you want to watch and follow the instructions:Step 1. Click on the “Already have access? Login here with your account” link under the preview imageStep 2. On the form that appears, enter your login credentials (Email and Password or Delegate ID Number and Surname).Step 3. Click on Login or ApplyThe page will then refresh and if you have already purchased, the paywall will disappear. What payments do you accept?

Are payments secure on your website?

What is a CVV number and how do I find it?

The CVV Number (“Card Verification Value”) is the 3 digit number located at the back of your VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® branded credit and debit cards.On your American Express® branded credit or debit card it is a 4 digit numeric code, usually on the front of the card.

Why was my payment declined?

Credit or debit card can be declined in the following cases

  1. Lack of funding.
  2. The fraud control system flagged the user as suspicious.

Can I login from more than one device at a time?

Nope sorry. Each user is only be able to login to one machine at a time.

I'm on the player but I can't see/hear the video

Try these:1) Check your internet connection2) Is your audio turned up (on your device and on your player)3) Have you pressed Play on the video?4) Update your browser, it could be out of date.

I have a physical ticket. Do I have access to the Cannes Lions Digital Pass too?

Yes! You can live stream from anywhere. Just login to the platform using your surname and delegate ID number. There is no charge for all other delegate pass holders.

What can I do with the content, can I broadcast it to others?

Our terms and conditions make it clear that the Cannes Lions Digital Pass is for a single user and just like every pass for Cannes Lions is non-transferable.

Some of the content you have programmed seems to be available for free elsewhere?

Yes – in order to deliver a seamless experience of the very best of Cannes Lions 2018 we are joining two free-to-air services at points during the broadcast. Although 70+% of Talks in the Digital Pass broadcast are exclusive, we will be joining Lions Live – sponsored by YouTube and Mindshare, and available on YouTube – for a small number of our Talks. We will also be broadcasting Twitter’s live stream of the Cannes Lions Awards Shows. The Cannes Lions Digital Pass provides a further 40+ hours of exclusive content that will not be available elsewhere. And the Cannes Lions Digital Pass is, of course, the only place where you can enjoy the Festival as a complete experience with live analysis and insight from over 150 industry experts, leaders and rule-breakers.?

Does the broadcast have subtitles or Closed Captioning?

Unfortunately not this year

Do I need any software to view the live stream?

The Digital Pass is compatible on all devices and browsers, so you should be ok. If for any reason its' not playing properly, check your internet connection or try using another browser.

Can I view the broadcast in full screen or other resolutions?

Yes. On the player window you can see a settings cog which will give you options on the resolution, and next to this you'll see the fill screen button.

Are the earlier sessions available on demand?

We are not able to provide this functionality this year. We are though repeating the broadcast in full during the night when the Festival is asleep. If you would like to see the sessions check out www.canneslionsarchive.com and we are also sharing many clips through Cannes Lions’ social channels.
