Jaime Mandelbaum has worked across three continents with brands like Adidas, Absolut Vodka, Bel, BBC, BMW, Chanel, Coca-Cola, Danone, Erste Bank, Forbes, Harley Davidson, ING, Lavazza, LG, Marks & Spencer, Nike, Playstation, Volvic and Vodafone. Born and raised in São Paulo he's the Chief Creative Officer of VMLY&R Europe where he's responsible for overseeing the creative product of the network across all of its European offices, he held the same role at Y&R and was instrumental in driving the award-winning work when Y&R was named EMEA regional network of the year at Cannes 2017. Prior to that he was responsible for Central and Eastern Europe, when Y&R was also the most-awarded network in that region at Cannes Lions 2014 and 2015.

He is a speaker at innovation and creativity events globally and has been a jury member in all major advertising festivals, in 2018 he was named to the Golden Drum Hall of Fame, his works have been awarded at Cannes Lions, ADC New York, The One Show, D&AD, Clios, London International, Eurobest, NY Festivals and ADC Europe.

Yasuharu (Yasu, to those who know him) is an Executive Creative Director with a background in computer science whose curiosity has always found a way into writing, digital design, and coding. A self-professed ‘Geek,’ he spends time inventing things in the field of next-generation communications.
 
In 1995 Yasu joined Dentsu, where he accomplished advertising’s greatest feat: staying at the same agency for 24 years. With additional stints at IconNicholson, StrawberryFrog, and Dentsu America, he has worked on clients such as Coca-Cola, Glico, Google, Honda, Kirin Brewery, Shiseido, and UNIQLO. His list of awards includes Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Spikes, ADFEST, and CLIOs, of which he’s also been a jury member. Currently, Yasu is in charge of leading digital creative teams at Dentsu, developing digital brand experiences and integrated solutions. He also leads innovation teams who are inventing and developing new services, products, and platforms using the latest technologies.
 
Sometimes, you’ll find Yasu kayaking anywhere from the rivers of Mongolia to the Hudson in New York. Always, however, he seems to be wearing a cool shirt.

Tracey Follows Jury President

Tracey is a professional futurist and works with many global brands on consumer futures. She worked in advertising and marketing strategy for over 20 years as both a client marketer (BT and T-Mobile) and agency-side (Cogent, McCann, Lowe, VCCP) rising to Chief Strategy Officer at JWT London. She was also Chair of the APG (Account Planning Group) in the UK. She left advertising to retrain in Strategic Foresight at The University of Houston, later joining the Future Laboratory as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, and Wired Consulting as Head of Strategy. In between, she founded her own futures consultancy, Futuremade, which she now runs full-time and which sees her regularly consulting, writing and speaking on Futures all around the world. In 2016 she was the recipient of the Women in Marketing Special Award for Outstanding Contribution to Marketing. In 2017 Ad Age named her a Woman to Watch (Europe) and Business Cloud announced her as one their ‘101 Female Founders in Tech’ for her launch of the Female Futures Bureau. She is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists, the World Futures Studies Federation and a Fellow of the RSA. Tracey is the co-author of 98% Pure Potato a book about the origins of advertising account planning and currently sits on the Council and Board of the Advertising Standards Authority in the UK.

During his tenure, AKQA grew ten fold, growing to a network of 14 offices across the world. It also became the first agency in history to receive five Agency of the Year accolades from industry publications. In early 2016, Rei - along with Rem Reynolds - founded Inamoto & Co, a business invention firm that identifies new opportunities and creates best-in-class customer experiences by focusing on strategy, design and incubation. Rei is a frequent speaker at numerous conferences as well as a contributor of publications, making him a thought leader and a prominent voice in the industry. Margaret serves on the board of the One Show and is chair of the Ad Council’s Campaign Review Committee. She was a founding member of the 3 Percent Conference and has judged the ANDYs and the CLIOs as well as the prestigious Titanium category of the Cannes Lions. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in journalism and mass communication, she also earned a degree in art direction at the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

In less than a year, Weiss helped secure DDB a spot on AdAge's coveted A-List for the first time in over 20 years. In 2017, Weiss was also named to Crain's 40 under 40, Adweek's Creative 100 and the 4A's 100 People Who Make Advertising Great. In 2018, Weiss was named one of the top 5 most award winning CCOs in the world by the Drum's Big Won Rankings. He also helped lift DDB to the third most creatively awarded network in Cannes helping Omnicom secure the holding company of the year honour for the first time in the festival's history.
