Check your travel in advance

SNCF has announced a train strike from 17-18 June and 22-23 June between Nice and Cannes. There are lots of alternative travel options available but please ensure you check your plans before you travel to make your journey to and from the Festival as smooth as possible.

Cannes Lions Official Concierge Service

We are excited to announce our new Cannes Lions Concierge Service, powered by LivePerson and Apple Business Chat. Running from 16 – 23 June, it’ll be online to answer any of your questions - from how to get to a venue, to who’s speaking on the programme, when and where, to restaurant recommendations, and more. If the bot can’t answer your question, then a team of expert advisors are on hand to help. From Saturday, simply click on the Chat with Messages button in the Cannes Lions App or website, which will then open directly in the Messages app on your iOS device, and start asking your questions.
