There's more to see and do than ever this year, but make sure you take a moment to sit back, grab a drink at the Cannes Lions Beach or explore the yachts moored on the harbourside walk.

Health and Wellness

It's important to keep your mind and body healthy. Take an early morning dip in the designated swimming areas, run along the Croisette or join in the beach activities including mixed martial arts:

Wed 20 June (with Eduard Folayang) & Thurs 21 June (with Angela Lee)
08:30am, Palais Beach

Learn self-defence from the very best! Through simple and effective techniques, feel empowered with personal protection skills steeped from the roots of basic martial arts. Don’t miss out on this opportunity, hosted by Angela Lee (reigning Women’s Atomweight World Champion) and Eduard Folayang (former Lightweight World Champion). You’ll be sure to get a great workout these 2 mornings, and stay in shape for the week!
