At CP+B Eric oversees the research, strategy, communications planning, social insights, analytics and user experience capabilities for brands like Domino’s, American Airlines, Infiniti, Kraft, Hotels.com and Hershey’s. He believes that creativity can transform businesses well beyond advertising and aims to find creative opportunities in even the most mundane business problems.
Eric’s career has seen him launch, grow and reinvent brands from a variety of perspectives including the client-side, design & innovation, global strategy and advertising. On the client side, Eric spent time building the GEICO brand and worked at Unilever on the global launch of Dove Men+Care. During his time in design, innovation and brand consulting at The Brand Union, he led global brand strategy and innovation for brands like Absolut, GlaxoSmithKline, DuPont, Reckitt Benckiser and partnered with JWT to launch Brand USA: the most successful global tourism campaign in history. Prior to joining CP+B, Eric led strategy at Mekanism, running global strategy for brands like Method, Ben & Jerry’s, Jim Beam, The North Face, Pepsi and the NFL’s digital properties.
Eric is a graduate of the University of Richmond and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he studied Marketing, Strategy and Innovation. He lives in Boulder with his wife, son and daughter, where they can be found exploring the mountains in the summer and skiing in the winter.
