How to login to the Cannes Lions Festival App

We’re here to help. Here's what you need to know to get up and running.

Have you downloaded the latest version of the 2023 Festival App?

Make sure you have downloaded the 2023 Festival App. If you have the 2022 Festival App, please delete it and reinstall the new version for 2023.

Does the email address on your Cannes Lions website account match the one against your pass?

The email address for your canneslions.com account and on your pass must match in order to enable access.

If you are already logged in to an account where the email address does not match the one on your pass, please follow these three simple steps:

Step 1 - Go back to your Cannes Lions account and choose ‘Log out’.
Step 2 - Go back to the Cannes Lions mobile app and click on ‘Login to Cannes Lions’
Step 3 Choose ‘Sign Up’ (under the Login button) on the LIONS Login page to create a new account, with the email address that matches your pass.

Do you have a pass for Cannes Lions 2023?

Only Cannes Lions 2023 pass holders will be able to access the Cannes Lions app.

If you have a pass, please note the following:

  1. The email address on your canneslions.com account must match the email address on your pass. If these do not match and you are unable to login to the Cannes Lions app, please try following the above steps.

  2. If you have an account but have forgotten the password, please click on ‘Forgotten Password?’ from the LIONS Login page.

  3. It can take up to 1 working day from purchase for access to be enabled for the Cannes Lions app.

  4. If your company has purchased a pass but it has not yet been assigned to anyone, please ask the login contact to assign the pass to you first from the Purchased Orders section of their Pass Manager.

If you do not have a pass yet, you can buy now. Please note it can take up to 1 working day from purchase for access to be enabled for the Cannes Lions app.
