Steve joined Somethin' Else in 2000 and became Managing Director in 2006. In that time he's been part of the team that has evolved the company into a BAFTA and Cannes Lion award winning content agency working for leading brands and broadcasters.

Starting life as a Radio DJ and journalist, he has 20 years of branded content experience working on major projects for names such as French Connection, Boots, Inter Milan, Pernod Ricard and The BRIT Awards.

Steve is a regular panellist on The Media Podcast, a fellow of The Radio Academy and is a plodding runner, dad of three teens and long suffering West Ham fan.

Indy started out in the art world showing work at galleries including the Serpentine, Barbican, The Baltic and Whitney Museum of American art in NY.

He then created and wrote a comedy show for Channel 4, 'Aint it funny being Coloured?' produced by Charlie Brooker's Zeppotron. It was selected as one of The Guardians 'must see shows'.

In 2015 Indy wrote and created the award winning Thierry Henry Sky Sports ad, which even people who hate football didn’t hate. It is still the most viewed advert in 24 hours in facebook history, notching up 19 million views and was the third most watched advert in the world that week.

He has also led award-winning campaigns for UN, Turner Prize, Cancer UK, Tate and Museum of London.

Last year Indy was on the jury for the British Arrows and along the way has won awards including an Obie Award (Off Broadway), LIA gold, D&AD, British Arrow, Broadcast Comedy & PR week.

Jayanta is responsible for bringing the Twitter brand value proposition to life. Prior to Twitter Jayanta was Global Creative Director of Advertising with Apple/Beats by Dre, where he managed and created global integrated marketing communications for the brand. 

Jayanta began his advertising career at The Martin Agency in Richmond, Virginia, then joined Wieden+Kennedy, where he created integrated campaigns for Nike Basketball, Nike Running and Powerade. He next worked at TBWA/Chiat/Day on Gatorade before joining Apple/Beats by Dre. 

Jayanta is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in fashion, art and advertising.
