Accredited journalists attend the Cannes Lions content programme and events, and have full use of our well-equipped press centre located inside the Palais, where we host daily press conferences. Journalists also have access to a dedicated press portal which houses key information, including embargoed shortlist and winners’ details, images and footage.
Cannes Lions press accreditation is strictly reserved for editorial team members (editors, journalists, reporters, photographers, broadcasters) and full-time freelancers (with evidence of at least six months experience with the publication).
Other professionals (including publishers, advertising, marketing, sales or PR personnel, researchers, analysts, agency or client staff etc.) must register as a delegate.
Please note: speculative assignments or applications made by individuals already employed in the industry will not be considered.
Due to higher volume of requests and limited capacity there will be a capped allocation of press accreditation.
Please get in touch with the press team directly if the allocation you are seeking exceeds a total of three accreditations.
Members of the press will not be able to apply for accreditation during the event and must make their application before the closing date on 31 May 2017
