A 30-year industry veteran, Jane spent 20 years at Leo Burnett, Starbucks and Darden, working in the US and Asia-Pacific. 16 years ago, Jane founded a strategy and creativity practice to help clients articulate who they are, what they do and how to do it better. She travels the globe with agency and brand side clients, guiding and inspiring executives and organizations, and helping people live their big lives.
Charles has had a 30-year career in advertising. A veteran of WPP with stints at Young & Rubicam and MEC. He is currently the Chairman of MSQ Partners and an angel investor/advisor.
