See It Be It is a tailored Cannes Lions initiative, aiming to improve the ratio of female leaders in agency creative departments by identifying and providing support to aspiring, highly talented female creative directors, by providing them access to great content, industry luminaries, and each other.
It's an experience that raises profiles, expands networks, builds resilience and confidence and accelerates participants down the path to leadership.

Successful See It Be It applicants will be flown to Cannes and will receive complimentary accommodation and a complete pass from the Festival. They will be immersed in a unique, curated programme of seminars, behind-the-scenes jury room access to learn what goes into stand-out campaigns and meetings with industry leaders, both male and female.
They also have one-to-one mentoring with a host of the most respected industry leaders, guidance and stewardship from a specially selected Ambassador and a range of networking opportunities at their fingertips.
