The former Global Marketing Officer of P&G, where he oversaw an $8B advertising budget and helped the company win Creative Marketer of the Year in 2008. Jim now leads a boutique consultancy/think tank focused on purpose discovery and activation as well as leadership and culture development within companies around the world.

Jim has served as Dean of the Young Marketers Academy Since 2011.

Suzanne has over 28 years industry experience between her P&G and consulting experience. She is delighted to have the opportunity to play a role in empowering the next generation of brand builders and has partnered with Jim Stengel to lead the Young Marketers Academy since its inception in 2011.
