The former Global Marketing Officer of P&G, where he oversaw an $8B advertising budget and helped the company win Creative Marketer of the Year in 2008. Jim now leads a boutique consultancy/think tank focused on purpose discovery and activation as well as leadership and culture development within companies around the world.
Jim has served as Dean of the Young Marketers Academy Since 2011.
