Delivery Information

With so much material delivered to the Palais, it is extremely important that Sponsors’ contact details are included with all types of delivery. All deliveries must be clearly marked with what the item is and your company name. This will reduce the risk of items getting lost.

Deliveries can be sent between 17 to 20 June and should be sent to:

Please use the delivery labels and email on hannahl@canneslions.com with the below information:

  • a list of your deliveries
  • expected delivery dates
  • where they need to be delivered to onsite, and at what date and time

Please see our attached shipping document for international deliveries and waybill information.

If sending internationally particularly from the USA we recommend contacting a shipping broker to handle the documentation and to ensure that all items are seamlessly passed through customs.

What time can I collect my badge?

All delegates can collect their badge from the Registration area, during the following times:

*Please note Sunday 21 June is pre-registration only. The festival will be open from Monday 22 June.

Registering your Passes

Sponsor Portal

To register your allocated passes please create an account via the link sent by your account manager.

Within your account you can add, amend and replace bookings.


If you have contractors assisting with activations or any other sponsorship deliverables a link will be coming soon to register and submit your documentation.

These passes should only be registered to the dates you will be onsite before the festival starts- if you have a delegate pass for the festival you will need to collect this from registration during the opening times.

Anyone that will need access will need to be registered for contractor passes and must sign a Plan de Prevention document before being granted access.
