Where Aricio met Bia
It’s 2007. A junior creative called Aricio Fortes is in Cannes hoping for a Lion. He doesn’t get one that year (although in the years since he’s won 29 and picked up Agency of the Year).
Instead he met an advertising student named Bia and the pair fell in love. That spark has lasted a decade and they still return to Cannes every year together.
"Cannes is a great part of my career and every year I live new emotions. But besides winning Agency of The Year in 2009 with DM9DDB Brazil and coming third in 2015 at Ogilvy Brazil, my biggest trophy in Cannes Lions to date is certainly meeting my wife.She is my Grand Prix.
"It was 2007 and I was a junior creative at DM9DDB hunting lions. She was at Cannes Lions too as a student delegate. One day we met at the Palais and we've never got away from each other since. Since then we always go to Cannes together and we still have lots of fun: just like the first time.
