How to collect your badge

Your badge is your passport to inspiration. Here's how you collect yours.

Where do I collect my delegate badge from?

You can collect your badge from the Gare Maritime which is located behind the Palais des Festivals, next to the Harbour.

What time can I collect my badge?

All delegates can collect their badge from the Registration area, during the following times:

Day/Date Time
Sunday 25 October* 08:00 - 20:00
Monday 26 October 08:00 – 20:00
Tuesday 27 October 08:00 – 20:00
Wednesday 28 October 09:00 – 18:00
Thursday 29 October 09:00 – 18:00
Friday 30 October 09:00 – 18:00

*Please note Sunday 25 October is pre-registration only. The festival will be open from Monday 26 October.

What do I need to have with me in order to collect my badge?

In addition to either your confirmation or barcode email, you will need photo ID (passport or driving licence) to collect your badge. It is a good idea to have uploaded your photo in advance to avoid any delays.

Where can I find my confirmation or barcode email?

The confirmation email was sent to the person who registered your pass online. In addition, each delegate will receive a unique barcode by email a couple of days before the Festival they are due to attend (if they have provided a direct email address). You will need to show either of these emails - on your phone, tablet or printed out - in order to get through the security checkpoint outside Gare Maritime.

How long will it take to pick up my badge?

We recommend you allow at least 20 minutes for badge collection. During peak times it will get busy, especially Monday and Tuesday. Early mornings and evenings are typically quieter.

Will I need to pay an admin fee if I purchase a new pass upon arrival at the Festival?

From 00.01 GMT Sunday 25 October, an admin fee of €95 + TVA per pass will apply to passes purchased online and upon arrival at the Festival. This applies to all pass types for Cannes Lions and Lions Health.
