What is the Cannes Lions Digital Pass?
The Digital Pass is your inside track to the conversation, debates and big ideas from the most sought-after minds in the creative and marketing community. Access main stage talks; insights behind the award-winning work; exclusive interviews with industry thought-leaders and more.

What’s included in the Cannes Lions Digital Pass?
Daily programming includes:

How do I purchase a Digital Pass?
The Digital Pass can be purchased through our Pass Picker on www.canneslions.com

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive a proforma invoice attached to your confirmation email. Please note, access to the service will only begin once payment has been received.

Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, a confirmation email and receipt/proforma invoice will be sent to the booking contact once the booking is complete.

Do your prices include tax?
All prices on our website exclude tax, however this will be added once you proceed to checkout. VAT @ 20% will be charged to invoicing companies based in the UK and Russia.

Can I log in from more than one device at a time?
Each user will only be able to log in from one device at a time.

I have purchased a Complete pass to the Festival. Do I have access to the Cannes Lions Digital Pass too?
Yes, anyone with a Complete pass (Complete, Complete Gold, Complete Platinum, Complete Young Lion, Complete Student or a CMO Accelerator Programme pass). All other pass types do not include access to the Digital Pass and will need to be purchased separately.

For how long are the sessions available?
The content can be watched live or on demand for up to 2 weeks from the 17 June (if purchased on the 17 June or earlier). If purchased after the 17 June, your 2 week access will begin on the date of purchase. Each segment will be available on catch-up within 12 hours.

What do I need to access the Cannes Lions Digital Pass?
We will send you an email with login details and instructions on how to access the service in May.

Are the earlier sessions available on demand?
Yes they are. Sessions will be available on demand and will be available 12hrs after they first screen.

I’m on the player but I can’t see/hear the video.
Heres a simple checklist:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Is your audio turned up (on your device and on your player)?
  3. Have you pressed Play on the video?
  4. Update your browser, it could be out of date

Does the broadcast have subtitles or Closed Captioning?
Unfortunately not this year.

Do I need any software to view the live stream?
The Digital Pass is compatible on all devices and browsers. If for any reason it’s not playing properly, check your internet connection or try using another browser.

Can I view the broadcast in full screen or other resolutions?
Yes. On the Player window you can see a settings cog which will give you options on the resolution and next to this you'll see the fill screen button.
