Cannes Lions makes the most of its beautiful location. It makes a festival where it's almost impossible not to leave inspired and energised.
Most of the talks and events - as well as the awards shows and exhibitions - take place in the Palais des Festivals. It's the same building as the film festival, located right in the centre of the city. It's easy to find: simply look out for the white building on the seafront.
The festival also spills out into the city itself. Official festival fringe events take place along the waterfront - known locally as the Croisette. And many of the city's beaches play host to talks, events and parties during the week.
Yachts fill the harbour during the week as brands showcase their creativity on-board. And delegates fill the city's bars and restaurants as they discuss what they've heard on stage.
