Through 9 intensive days of lectures, interactive case discussions and small group exercises, you’ll join the Berlin School professors for an immersion in real-world aspects of current advertising and communication industry leadership and organisational practise.
You will examine a variety of provocative cross-collaborative client/supplier contexts, current challenges, and potential best-case scenarios for enhanced value-based relationships. Some sessions will be organized to focus on existing clients, and some on new business – all will draw on the insights and perceptions of both ‘sides’ to probe our assumptions and legacy behaviours, and provoke new ways of thinking and working. Special emphasis will be given to precedents and proven practices for successfully advancing and implementing innovative strategic thinking and action.
You’ll analyse effective leadership, organisational design and change management in a high-intensity creative business. Taking advantage of the world-class talent attending the Festival, we invite speakers to deliver exclusive talks in the classroom as well as attending lectures and the awards shows.
Throughout the week you’ll receive one-to-one support, concluding with the class presenting their personal development plans, as well as a group assessment of how you can take the skills you’ve learned to generate real impact and a lasting culture of creativity in your company.
