Depending on where you join us from in June, your journey to Cannes may contain a few extra steps. But don’t worry, we've got your back with all the travel and visa secrets you need for an unforgettable experience at the Festival.
Check with your local French embassy or government website to determine if you need a visa to travel to France. For Schengen Area entry requirements, visit here.
Every person wishing to enter the Schengen Area, for whatever purpose, might be subject to a visa regime, depending on their nationality. To check whether this applies to you please visit here.
We highly recommend checking regularly for updates on visas, as these may change.
Submit your visa application at your designated consulate, embassy or contracted visa centre for your passport country. For more information on how/where to apply, check the French government website.

We have a visa invitation letter available for pass holders under their Pass Manager, but it’s important to follow these steps:
1. Check here if a visa is needed for your visit to France according to your country of Citizenship.
2. Download your visa invitation letter from your Pass Manager.
3. Apply for your visa and book your appointment (if necessary).
Visa processing times may vary according to your country of citizenship. We would strongly advise you to book your visa appointment early, as spaces are limited and your trip may be delayed.
Please get in touch if the name in your passport is different from the name on your pass, and the Delegates team will be able to assist you.
