2024 Festival timeline
Delegate FAQs
Once a pass has been registered, it will remain in the booking contact's Cannes Lions account online under Pass Manager.
But don’t worry, the attendee registered against the pass will still receive all the Festival details they need – including information on the programme, the Cannes Lions 2024 App, badge collection and more.
Depending on the order, you may be able to move the pass into a different online account. Email the Delegates Team to find out more.
To download a visa invitation letter from Cannes Lions, simply log in and navigate to Pass Manager, then select Options > Delegate Details > Request Visa Letter.
You’ll be prompted to enter your information and once complete, the letter will be ready to download. If your name on the pass differs from your passport, email the Delegates team to request a letter with your full name.
The Cannes Lions 2024 App will be launching in May and all pass holders will receive an email with login details. All delegates who have opted into networking will be able to search and message other delegates in the app, as well as explore the Festival Programme and map.
You collect your Festival badge at Registration, located in the Gare Maritime. You can find the location and opening hours here.
Top tip: collect your badge early on Sunday 16 June – we’re open 8am to 8pm.
To make changes to your pass, navigate to Pass Manager and select Delegate Details, then update the registration form online. You can also submit any special requirements at the same time.
To make a replacement, select Options > Delegate Details > Edit Details > “To replace the delegate, please click here” > Save. Please note that admin fees may apply. You can find out more here.
