Making changes to your Pass

If I book passes for my colleagues, can I then move the passes into their account so they can manage their own passes?

Passes can only be moved by order, so we would advise you to make separate purchases for individual pass management. To move passes between accounts, please reach out to delegates@canneslions.com and we will support in transferring, if possible.

Can I change the name of a booked delegate?

Name changes can be made until June 15 2024 online on your Pass Manager, or at the registration desk onsite at the Festival after that date if badges have not been collected. 

It’s important to note that from 31 March 2024, an administration fee of €250 + VAT for delegates and Young Lions (incl. Classic and Young Lions passes) and €125 + VAT for students will apply per name change made online. To proceed with a replacement, follow these steps:

On the pass you wish to replace, on your Pass Manager under Purchased Orders, click Options > Delegate Details > Edit Details > “To replace the delegate, please click here” > Save.

Do I have to print my passes once purchased?

All of our passes are physical, so no need to print passes. As long as all of your passes are ‘__Ready to Go__’ in your Pass Manager, you will be able to collect your badges onsite. More information about badge collection will be released closer to the Festival.
