If I book passes for my colleagues, can I then move the passes into their account so they can manage their own passes?
Passes can only be moved by order, so we would advise you to make separate purchases for individual pass management. To move passes between accounts, please reach out to Delegates team and we'll support in transferring, if possible.
Can I change the name of a booked delegate?
Name changes can be made until 14 June 2025 online on your Pass Manager, or at the registration desk onsite at the Festival after that date if badges have not been collected. Please be aware that, from 1 April 2025, a €250 charge per name change (€125 for Student Passes) will be in effect.
To proceed with a replacement, follow these steps:
On the pass you wish to replace, on your Pass Manager under Purchased Orders, click Options > Delegate Details > Edit Details > “To replace the delegate, please click here” > Save > Checkout > Enter your payment details > Complete.Once you have completed the steps above, your replacement will be complete, and visible in your Pass Manager.
Can I book now and add a name later?
You can book a pass and add the delegate name later. To do so, please follow these steps: Select the pass in your Pass Manager > select ‘Book now - enter details later! > Save > Checkout, and you can add details to the pass anytime (though we always recommend adding details early, so your delegates get app access and receive all communications).
Please note: from 1 April, there is a fee of EUR250 + 20% TVA for checking out a nameless pass.
Do I have to print my passes once purchased?
All of our passes are physical, so no need to print passes. As long as all of your passes are ‘Ready to Go’ in your Pass Manager, you will be able to collect your badges onsite. More information about badge collection will be released closer to the Festival.
Can I upgrade my purchased pass?
Once you’ve completed the purchase of your pass, to upgrade, on your Pass Manager under Purchased Orders, click Option > Change pass, which will trigger the process to select the new pass type you wish to update your pass to and make payment for the difference (if that applies).
