Who’s it for?

To join our programme, you must:

  • be a full-time student in your last year of study
  • be 18–25 years old
  • have an interest in advertising and creative communications.

Please note that the programme is delivered in English. Only apply if you’re confident you’ll be able to participate in all discussions and collaborate with other programme participants.

Founder & CEO

Idea Bakery

Serfi is the Founder and CEO of Idea Bakery, a boutique global consultancy and training company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, with network members around the world. At Idea Bakery, she’s been baking creative strategies with bespoke recipes for her blue chip global and regional clients for 13 years.

Serfi began her career almost 30 years ago at Procter & Gamble Turkey. She led award-winning brand strategy and communications for North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa for P&G’s $8bn brands to critical acclaim.

She became the first Training Head for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa for P&G, and later the Training Head for North America, where she led the training curriculum, content and delivery for all marketers for six years.

After leaving P&G, she continued to pursue her passion by serving as a Tutor at the Cannes Lions Young Marketers Academy for four years in a row.

Serfi has taken on many jury member roles, such as the Euro-Effies, over the years. She is a regular speaker at some of the world’s most respected brand strategy forums, universities and events.

She is a contemporary art collector who has recently got into crypto art. She loves to bake her mum’s apple pie with her daughter Alara and enjoys it with some Turkish coffee when she's not baking ideas for global brands and local gems.
