Lions are seeking bids from experienced and reputable partners to develop our Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity strategy. The scope of this work is the analysis and assessment of the Lions Organisation (including processes, structures, culture and operating model), to then make recommendations for a roadmap for change and metrics that sit behind it. Delivery and implementation of the recommendations is out of scope at this stage. Interested parties should express an interest to dei@canneslions.com to obtain more information.
