YOUNG LIONS MARKETERS COMPETITION

The Young Marketers Competition champions the world's best young client marketers. Over an intense 24-hour period, teams of two will need to devise a concise, direct and effective brief.

THE CHALLENGE

Teams will be judged on the clarity of the brief: the knowledge it displays about the product or service, the client organisation and its aims, and the specific goals of the campaign.

Original, engaging creative work starts with a strong brief. This is a chance to go head-to-head against fellow client marketers and produce the perfect brief, before presenting it to the jury who act as an agency and assess the work.

THE PRIZE

The Young Lions Marketers Competition Jury, made up of the shortlisting jury from Cannes Lions, will judge the work and crown a Bronze, Silver and Gold winner at a live winner's announcement.

The winners will be celebrated at the Cannes Lions Award show later that week with Gold winners collecting their award on stage. Crafting the perfect brief will be a fast-paced competition full of energy, bold creative ideas and innovative thinking.

WHO IS IT FOR?

To take part in the Young Lions Competition teams must be under 30 - born on or after 22/06/1987 and a working professional in the country they are representing. Proof of age will be required to enter the competition.

HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED?

To compete at Cannes Lions teams must first win their local Young Lions Competitions. You can find out which competitions are running in your country and who to contact here:
