You can register several delegates before submitting to pay and do not have to pay for all registered delegates at the same time. You can also register delegates and then return to the My Passes section of your My Account area and register additional delegates or make changes before paying.

If you do not yet know the name of the delegate(s) attending, you can still register them without having to provide any details.

Once you have the details, you'll be able to update the registration from the My Passes section of your My Account area.

If you choose this option, the price of the delegate pass will include an administration fee of €130 + TVA for Delegates (incl. Complete, Networking and Lions Health delegate passes) and €80 + TVA for Students and Young Lions (incl. Complete and Lions Health delegate passes).

After midnight GMT Friday 1 June 2018, the administration fee will increase to €200 + TVA for Delegates (incl. Complete, Networking and Lions Health delegate passes) and €110 + TVA for Students and Young Lions (incl. Complete and Lions Health delegate passes).

You will not be charged the admin fee again when you provide the delegate’s details later.

In order for your registration to be processed, you must have paid your registration fee in full (including bank charges if you pay by bank transfer).

If you pay by bank transfer, please email your bank transfer confirmation, including the Order Reference number (found in the subject header of your confirmation email) to our Finance Team.

Once we have processed your registration, we will send your final booking confirmation via email.

Please check with the French embassy in your country if you are unsure whether a visa is necessary.

If you do require a visa, you can download a visa invitation letter directly online from the My Passes section of your My Account area, once you have registered.

If the name on your registration differs from the one on your passport, please contact us.

Please contact us with a description of the steps taken and a screen shot of the error message you received. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

You have started but not completed a delegate registration.

Please note the email you receive is an automated reminder. To stop receiving the reminders, please go back into the online registration you started and either proceed to checkout or delete the delegate registrations from the My Passes section of your My Account area.

You may not yet have paid for your pass(es): contact our Finance Team with any payment queries. Please include your order reference number in all correspondence. You can find this in the subject header of your confirmation email you received when you completed the online booking, in all correspondence.

Picking Up Your Badge

If already registered or wishing to register upon arrival at the Festival, you will need to go to the registration area at the venue.

In addition to either your confirmation or barcode email, you will need photo ID (passport or driving licence) to collect your badge. It is a good idea to have uploaded your photo in advance.

The confirmation email was sent to the person who registered your pass online. In addition, each delegate will receive a unique barcode by email a couple of days before the Festival they are due to attend (if they have provided a direct email address). You will need to show either of these emails – on your phone, tablet or printed out – in order to get through the security checkpoint outside the main venue.

We recommend you allow at least 20 minutes for badge collection, once you have got through security. During peak times it will get busy, early mornings and evenings are typically quieter. If you're in Cannes before the Festival starts, we advise that you collect your badge during pre-registration on Sunday 17 June.

Yes, a walk-up fee of €85 + TVA will apply to all passes purchased upon arrival at the Festival. This applies to all Festivals (incl. Cannes Lions and Lions Health) and pass types.
