Named by Forbes as one of the world’s most influential CMOs, Rupen is the Chief Marketing Officer at Una Terra, a circular economy fund scaling solutions that delivers both planetary impact and financial returns. He also co-founded The Shed 28, an advisory company focused on building businesses that drive long-term well-being for all.

Previously, as Global CMO of Dole Sunshine Company, he led the company’s sustainability-led marketing transformation. Rupen was inducted into the Hall of Fame by the World Federation of Advertisers and currently serves on its global executive board. His leadership in marketing and sustainability has also been recognised by ADWEEK, Business Insider, Campaign and Forbes.
