Ndidi Oteh is the CEO of Accenture Song, the world’s leading tech-powered creative group. In her role, Ndidi oversees the US$20bn service, leading a global team focused on helping clients develop customer growth strategies and create harmonised customer experiences across design, marketing, customer service, commerce, sales and digital products.

Previously, Ndidi served as the Americas Lead for Accenture Song, overseeing its largest geographic market. Since joining Accenture in 2011, Ndidi has led complex digital transformations and consumer growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies and served as global client account lead for one of Accenture’s largest products clients.

In 2026, Ndidi was named to ADWEEK’s inaugural AI Power 50 list. She is a member of the Fast Company Impact Council, the Wall Street Journal CMO Council and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in the US.
