Sindhuja Rai is a proven marketing executive who has consistently delivered double-digit ROI growth and pioneered critical new capabilities in CX design and experience, consumer data and personalisation. Her ability to drive volume-driven business growth and build strong brands through standout consumer experiences is unique and unparalleled.

A leader in both global and APAC marketing, Sindhuja serves as Chief Client Officer for WPP Media in APMEA (Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa), where she focuses on driving client growth and marketing transformation. In her role, she is responsible for facilitating connectivity and collaboration between WPP Media’s regional and global client teams, working closely with WPP and WPP Media leaders across the region and around the world to connect the breadth and depth of WPP Media’s capabilities and achieve business outcomes for clients.

Before joining WPP Media, Sindhuja served as Global Media Investment and AMEA CX Lead at Mondelēz International. Under her leadership, the AMEA CX team delivered 10%+ year-on-year growth of media ROI for six years in a row in the region.

With over 25 years of experience in marketing and agencies overall, Sindhuja is recognised as one of APAC’s leading marketing executives and has been featured on Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Marketing Power List multiple times. She is a passionate advocate for inclusivity in the advertising industry and champions her belief in a more diverse and equitable workforce through mentoring and coaching.
