Biography

Aaron Starkman leads Rethink globally as Chief Creative Officer. This year he led Rethink to be named independent agency of the year at The One Show, Andy’s & Clios, the #2 Independent agency in Cannes and the most awarded agency in the world (Drum rankings). Aaron’s Creative direction has resulted in NBC News calling Rethink “viral specialists".

Some of that work includes the Gold Lion-winning Heinz “Draw Ketchup”, the Gold Lion-winning Ketchup fraud campaign, & this year's Outdoor Grand Prix at the Clios & One show, Coors - lights out.

Campaign awarded Aaron as the #1 CCO in the world and a Global Creative Leader of the year. He’s been Adage’s top 5 CCO’s the last 3 years straight.

Other than industry accolades, Aaron’s work has been singled out by the mainstream press(Buzzfeed named one of his ads the # 1 commercial in the history of Cannes Lions, and Ellen Degeneres declared one of his commercials her 'favourite ever').
