Biography

Adam Horne has spent 20+ years watching great ideas get killed - and figuring out how to stop it. As a Creative Director and with stints at Wunderman, McCann, and CHE Proximity, he led campaigns for Ford, Microsoft, F1, the EU, P&G and Nestlé across 25+ markets, learning firsthand which assassins hide inside agencies, client organisations, and creative teams.

As Program Director and Creative Director at Berghs School of Communication (Europe's #1 creative school), he trained the next generation to fight back. He co-created the LIONS Creative MBA curriculum and led its fourth cohort, pressure-testing anti-assassin approaches with creative leaders worldwide.

Adam now runs Aizle - a company designed to make itself unnecessary. Every engagement delivers real creative work while teaching your team to sustain the standard with less external help. If he’s taller than Loren Cook, it’s the only metric where he outperforms her.
