Agathe Bousquet has been President of Publicis Groupe France since 2017, a member of the Group’s Executive Committee since 2022, and Co-President of Leo since January 2025.

She began her career in the non-profit sector at Solidarité Sida, where she contributed to launching the Solidays festival. In 2001, she joined Havas Group, where she held a number of positions before becoming President of Havas Paris in 2012.

At Publicis, she oversees all activities in France, leading the Group to a market-leading position across media, data, technology and creativity. In 2025, Arthur Sadoun entrusted her – alongside Marco Venturelli – with co-leading Leo, a global creative network of 15,000 talents across 90 countries, focused on driving creative excellence in the AI era.

Committed to societal and environmental issues, she co-authored a report on sustainable advertising in 2021. She also serves on several boards and is a Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur.
