Biography
Amani is a critically-acclaimed author, activist and social media pioneer. She founded MuslimGirl.com at 17 years old, which has grown to become the biggest media platform for Muslim women's voices in America and the first Muslim company on Forbes 30 Under 30. Named by The Economist as a “generation prophet” and the New York Times as a "media titan," she has been listed as one of the top 25 Most Influential American Muslims by CNN.
Amani spearheaded top inclusivity milestones across industries, from major partnerships with Meta, Snap, TikTok, Getty Images and beyond, to launching an inclusive capsule collection with Adidas Originals. Her book Muslim Girl: A Coming of Age (Simon & Schuster) is an Editors’ Pick on The New York Times Bestsellers’ List.
