British-born, Toronto-based production executive Andrea Ogunbadejo is leading a mission to redefine production, embedding it deeply within the creative and strategic process and highlighting the significance of 'the how.'

With experience across agencies in London, New York, and Toronto, Andrea's recent roles include Head of Production at Eleven in the US, overseeing production strategy for brands like Samsung and Kraken Rum. At VaynerMedia London, she established and led the agency production and in-house content studio department, managing major accounts such as TikTok, Kraft Heinz, and UNICEF.

Currently, Andrea holds dual roles as VP Production for Cossette and Managing Director for Magic Circle Workshop, a Toronto-based full-service production company. With a background in film school and experience in independent feature films, shorts, and scripted TV, Andrea specializes in crafting compelling narratives that blend content, marketing, and entertainment.
