Biography
Andrew Fergusson leads the national creative team of Leo Burnett Australia. Since joining Leo’s, he has helped reignite its creative reputation on both the national and world stage. Leo Burnett was listed as Australia's #1 most awarded agency in 2023, and #2 in 2024 (WARC Creative 100). Throughout his 20-year career, he has won hundreds of awards for his innovative and non-traditional ideas for brands like HBO, Google, Bundaberg Rum, The United Nations, Johnnie Walker and Suncorp Insurance. Including an Innovation Grand Prix at Cannes Lions, and 3 Grand Prix's at Spikes Asia. He has also judged the Innovation category at Cannes Lions.
Prior to Leo Burnett he worked at Droga5 for 10 years, which Adweek and Adage serendipitously named 'Agency of the Decade', the year he left.
