Born in 1980, Ayşe Aydın has over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry.

She began her career as a copywriter at DDB&Co. and Medina Turgul DDB, later rising to Head of Creative Group at Medina Turgul DDB.

In February 2014, she joined Y&R Team Red as Creative Director. By 2016, she was promoted to Executive Creative Director at VMLY&R and VMLY&R Team Red. She later became Chief Creative Officer (CCO) of Publicis Groupe.

As of February 2023, Ayşe Aydın leads her own independent agency, WE ISTANBUL.

Throughout her career, she has worked with major global and local brands, including Vodafone, Burger King, Opel, Volkswagen, Siemens, Unilever, Renault, Nescafé, and P&G.
