Britt Wickes is a creative and commercially driven marketing leader with nearly two decades of experience building brands that connect culturally, emotionally and commercially.

Across an 18-year career spanning Australia and the UK, she has held senior roles at leading global agencies including Y&R, JWT and MullenLowe, working across sport, retail, finance and entertainment.

As Head of Event Brand Marketing at Tennis Australia, Britt leads the brand and marketing strategy behind the Australian Open and the broader Summer of Tennis, delivering record-breaking growth in attendance, engagement and revenue.

Her work focuses on how major sporting events show up in culture, combining audience insight with bold, idea-led thinking to drive both fandom and commercial outcomes.

She specialises in evolving global properties into cultural platforms, using creativity, partnerships and experience-led thinking to unlock new value for fans, partners and the sport itself.
