Carley Caldas is the SVP of Marketing & Creative at eos Products, where she leads brand strategy, creative, advertising, PR, social, and creator marketing for one of Gen Z’s most talked-about beauty and personal care brands. She has been honoured with numerous awards, including Business Insider’s Rising Stars of Brand Marketing, Brand Innovators’ Women to Watch, Ad Age’s 40 Under 40, and most recently, Ad Age’s Brand Manager of the Year in 2024. Before joining eos in 2018, Carley built her expertise across beauty and retail marketing. She led the global hair care business at Redken within L’Oréal, drove beauty category merchandising at Anthropologie and managed the Soap & Sanitizer category at Bath & Body Works.
