Carmen is VP Marketing – Compute at Qualcomm Technologies and has over a decade’s worth of experience leading innovative marketing campaigns and digital experiences at multinational enterprises like Hewlett-Packard (HP).

In her time at Qualcomm, Carmen has been responsible for developing new market capabilities across growth marketing, ABM, and partner communities to support the business’s diversification strategy. She is currently heavily involved in the introduction of enterprise devices powered by Snapdragon, representing a transformational leap in Windows PC performance for workers across the world.
