Catalin Dobre, a 40-year-old Philosophy graduate, is the Chief Creative Officer and Co-CEO of McCann Worldgroup Romania, as well as the CEE Creative Director. He started his advertising career 20 years ago as a copywriter. Over the years, he has won 4 Cannes Lions Grand Prix, 2 Titanium Lions, and several Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards. He has worked on global brands like Mastercard, Vodafone, IKEA, and Virgin Radio, and local brands like ROM, Beau Monde, Albalact, and Untold.

Catalin has also won awards at major international advertising shows like D&AD, Clio, One Show, Eurobest, LIA, New York Festivals, Cresta, and Golden Drum. He has served on juries for D&AD, Clio, Eurobest, Golden Drum, and was president of the Social and Influencer category at Dubai Lynx.

Catalin was featured in Forbes Romania's 30 Under 30 and received the IAA Excellence Award. In 2023, he entered the Hall of Fame at the Golden Drum festival.
