Biography
Chaka Sobhani is Global Chief Creative Officer of TBWA\Worldwide.
Before joining the ad industry, Chaka spent over a decade as an award-winning filmmaker and in television, setting up ITV’s first in-house creative agency and helping the broadcaster to win Channel of the Year for the first time.
Chaka then spent a number of years at the leading independent agency Mother before joining Leo Burnett London as Chief Creative Officer and ultimately becoming the Global Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett Worldwide, during which time the UK shop won Campaign’s Agency of the Year two years in a row. In 2024, she moved to Omnicom as President and Global Chief Creative Officer of DDB Worldwide, before becoming Chief Creative Officer at TBWA\Worldwide at the end of last year.
She has worked on countless brands, including McDonald's, Disney, Coca-Cola, Google, Kellogg’s, Samsung, Mars, Boots, Volkswagen, AXA, Morrisons, Sky, P&G, General Motors, Stella Artois, Škoda and adidas.
