Before joining Primark in 2022, Charlie spent a decade working for Costa Coffee and eight years with Bedfordshire Police across a range of HR and communications roles. In her current role of Head of Inclusion and Community Impact, she leads a global team, supporting all areas of the Primark business, and proudly led the launch of ‘Accessible Primark’ in 2024. She lives in the UK with her wife and their much-loved dog, Bentley. She believes in involving people, advocates for progress not perfection, and she can always find a positive.
