Biography

Charlotte Marian Pearson is an inclusion strategist, speaker, content creator and model with over 15 years of experience in social impact and representation. As a neurodivergent woman with lived experience of autism and ADHD, and a mother of two children with additional needs, her work is grounded in empathy, authenticity and real-world insight.

Charlotte has modelled for global brands including Vogue and Sephora, and has walked the runway in London and Paris. Her work has featured in international campaigns and commercials, reaching audiences around the world. Through social media and public platforms, she partners with brands that value honest storytelling and meaningful inclusion.

As the founder of The MosaiQs, Charlotte brings together advocacy, brand strategy and inclusive talent development. Her focus is on creating equitable, intersectional opportunities and authentic representation across industries. Her work reframes narratives, challenges stereotypes and addresses systemic barriers to help brands build campaigns that resonate, empower and create lasting change.

Charlotte is currently developing a new branch of The MosaiQs focused on inclusive talent strategy and ethical creator advocacy—filling a long-standing gap she has organically led for years through her lived experience and peer support. Her work has quietly shaped the direction of many conversations now taking place in wider industry spaces.
