Chelsea leads the day-to-day innovation function at T&P, overseeing cross-disciplinary teams working across GenAI, creative technology and agentic workflows. She leads R&D, prototyping and applied AI initiatives exploring how emerging technologies can shape next-generation creative and production approaches.

She has led innovation programmes and technology delivery across clients including The Coca-Cola Company, Mars, NatWest and Argos, helping organisations move technologies from experimentation into scalable implementation, from AI-powered tools through to agentic content engines.

With a background spanning design, development and creative operations, Chelsea brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to how teams build with new technologies. She is particularly interested in how ideas emerge through experimentation, and the importance of creating space for early-stage exploration and play.
