Biography

Colleen DeCourcy was most recently Chief Creative Officer at Snap Inc., leading global creative efforts and elevating Snapchat’s brand image and storytelling. Previously, Colleen was Chief Creative Officer and President of Wieden+Kennedy, the renowned independent creative advertising agency. Colleen and her team produced iconic work for leading brand partners, including founding client Nike, McDonald’s, KFC, Anheuser-Busch, Ford, Visa, and Airbnb. Under Colleen’s leadership, Wieden+Kennedy experienced unprecedented growth and received top industry accolades. The team produced award-winning campaigns, including Nike's 2019 ‘Dream Crazy’ and the ‘You Can’t Stop Us’ pandemic campaign. Colleen was honoured as Adweek’s Creative Leader of the Decade for 2010–2019. In 2022, she was awarded the Lion of St Mark by the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity for a lifetime of services to creativity in communications, the 11th recipient in the history of the festival and the second woman to be awarded after Mary Wells Lawrence.
