Dani Richa is the Chairman BBDO Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as being Group Chairman and CEO of Impact BBDO Group of Companies. Dani also sits on the Boards of both BBDO Worldwide Board and the Omnicom Europe Board.

Under Dani’s leadership, Impact BBDO is the all-time most awarded agency in the Middle East winning Agency and/or Network of the Year accolades multiple times at many festivals including Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, Dubai Lynx and Campaign Magazine; Global Awards, as well as repeatedly being recognised at shows such as the Loeries, Mad Stars, London International Awards, ANDY’s and Clios.

Dani featured in the Arabian Business Magazine list of ‘The World's 100 Most Influential Arabs’ 2022 and 2023 as well as being named as Dubai Lynx Advertising Person of the Year 2018 and ArabAd Man of the Year 2017.
